About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute a product strategy to unlock AI opportunities across the world’s largest organizations
  • Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more complex products or a product portfolio
  • Build and deliver the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case for innovative products
  • Manage product configuration mix, revenue and margins, financials, and market share
  • Synthesize market requirements (MRD/PRD) into marketing and customer details using customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry acumen
  • Guide stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit
  • Align goals and collaborate across value-chain partners to optimize margins and product success
  • Collaborate with engineering on product development, supply chain on SKUs and inventory, and marketing on pricing and go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, research, and go-to-market teams
  • Bring HPE’s Private Cloud AI product and data infrastructure solutions to market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study
  • 8+ years of work experience in HPC or AI/ML platform infrastructure and tools
  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or IaaS, focused on HPC or AI/ML and data infrastructure
  • Technical understanding of the HPC or AI/ML tooling and infrastructure industry
  • Technical understanding of the relevant industry
  • Strong technical acumen across enterprise AI and data workflows
  • Experience in HPC or AI and ML hardware, ecosystem, and software is a plus
  • Experience motivating others at all levels by creating a shared sense of vision and purpose
  • Ability to cross-functionally drive and influence work through others, mentor, and lead teams on complex, ambiguous projects
  • Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide key milestones
  • Strong leadership, organizational, execution, and communication skills
  • Experience working with partners and the ecosystem through the full product life cycle
  • Extensive skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial performance metric creation and analysis
  • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
