About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead NPI introduction and sustaining support of Hybrid Cloud and Storage Platforms in Operations
Lead strategic projects and initiatives to improve or implement new processes
Support and/or lead teams through the engineering development process and implementation of company products
Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications to complete products on schedule and within budget
Identify and improve process and program efficiencies with engineering management
Manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams
Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and support requirements
Manage supporting project teams and internal development partners, tracking progress and updating schedules and resource allocation
Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
Collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to resolve escalated issues and implement changes
Drive innovation and integrate new technologies and quality initiatives into manufacturing and/or engineering projects
Lead, guide, and mentor less-experienced staff members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
Typically 6-10 years experience as a Program Manager
Experience with AI strategy and AI implementations
Extensive experience using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs
Experience communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mastery in English and local language
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels
PMP/PMI certification preferred
PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus
