About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and implement processes, operating models, and roles and responsibilities for product supportability and serviceability within Support Services Delivery
  • Partner with Delivery Readiness, Operations, Engineering, Enablement, Product Management, and Business Units to identify, prioritize, and implement supportability and serviceability requirements
  • Lead technical discussions and cross-functional initiatives that improve product support, service delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Drive strategic programs focused on cost optimization, automation, telemetry, data, and artificial intelligence
  • Translate business and customer needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable program outcomes
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and represent Support Services Delivery in internal and external engagements
  • Lead global internal and external project teams, generally consisting of more than 20 resources across multiple countries
  • Mentor team members and promote skill development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First-level university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, Services, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product Management, Operations, PMO, and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product development and release processes, preferably within a technology or services organization
  • Experience managing global teams and distributed resources
  • Demonstrated success leading change, improving processes, optimizing costs, and delivering outcomes under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of supportability, serviceability, technical program management, change management, and business planning methods
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end services processes, operational policies, service offerings, tools, and routes to market
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of HPE products and product release processes
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to evaluate complex situations and data
  • Ability to exercise significant independent judgment, establish direction, and drive accountability across organizations
  • Ability to lead, inspire, mentor, and develop diverse global teams
  • Active contribution to the Services Project Management profession and continuous improvement communities
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with data, telemetry, automation, artificial intelligence, or customer experience improvement initiatives preferred
