About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products
  • Define value propositions, target customer segments, and business cases for innovative products
  • Synthesize market requirements into marketing and customer details using customer, business, financial, and industry knowledge
  • Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases
  • Collaborate across product value-chain partners to optimize margins and enable product success
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing on product development, SKUs, inventory, pricing, and go-to-market plans
  • Design, plan, develop, and manage service and support products throughout their lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study
  • 6+ years of work experience in Product Line Management
  • 6+ years of work experience in technical service and support
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
  • Ability to drive and influence work cross-functionally
  • Ability to mentor and lead teams on complex, ambiguous projects
  • Expert skills in cost-efficient solution building
  • Financial performance metric creation and analysis
  • Business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
  • Ability to provide product-specific technical training
  • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
