About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end execution of organizational programs, including supplier scorecards, AI initiatives, and operational reporting frameworks
Establish governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting cadence
Drive cross-functional execution across sourcing, planning, and operations teams
Support supplier management, including contract execution, onboarding, engagement tracking, and supplier performance monitoring
Develop and deploy organization-wide reporting and dashboards
Provide data-driven insights on spend, savings, and performance for leadership decision-making
Translate VP priorities into actionable programs
Support organizational planning, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership reviews
Design and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Drive organization-wide communication, change management, and stakeholder alignment
Roll out key initiatives and training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in program management or relevant experience
Strong AI prompt experience and good understanding of agentic AI implementation
Strong program management and PMO leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives
Experience in a complex, global organization with enterprise-level stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making and reporting experience
Experience preparing executive-level materials, presentations, and business updates
Experience in supply chain, procurement, or technology industry preferred
Familiarity with enterprise compliance, systems, and audit requirements preferred
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with attention to detail
Ability to operate with discretion and manage sensitive organizational information
Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes
Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms
Understanding of AI programs, technology trends, and their application in supply chain operations
