About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end pricing governance for service parts and spare commodities
- Execute pricing reviews, validations, and approval processes for new product introductions and existing portfolio updates
- Perform pricing impact assessments, PPV analysis, and profitability evaluations
- Analyze supplier cost changes and recommend pricing actions
- Support inventory valuation activities and pricing-related financial reviews
- Ensure pricing accuracy and integrity across ERP, planning, and operational systems
- Investigate pricing discrepancies and implement preventive actions through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, Product, sourcing, and technology teams
- Support logistics transformation programs, pricing automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
- Participate in process redesign, standardization, automation, and AI-driven transformation projects
- Contribute to future-state pricing and rate management capabilities
- Develop pricing and rate management dashboards using Excel and/or other analytics tools
- Perform spend analysis and identify cost leakage risks and optimization opportunities
- Own customer backorder reporting, data analysis, and operational performance visibility
- Track and report key business KPIs and pricing performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of experience, preferably in High Tech, Electronics Manufacturing, IT Hardware, Procurement Analytics, or Commodity Management
- Expertise in one or more of: Service Parts or Spares Pricing, Product Costing, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Process-oriented and governance-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong business acumen and financial mindset
- Curiosity toward AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel

- Exposure to ERP and Sourcing systems
