Requirements

What you’ll need
  • United States citizenship required
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4–6+ years of relevant systems or storage development experience
  • Proven delivery of distributed systems or storage platforms
  • Strong cross-domain expertise across storage, OS, networking, and hardware
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Linux systems expertise, including systemd, RHEL/Rocky, and debugging
  • Building and integrating third-party and vendor kernel modules with OS
  • Storage expertise: MD, RAID, ZFS, XFS, ext4, block vs object storage
  • High availability expertise: Pacemaker/Corosync
  • Programming: C/C++, plus Go/Python/Bash scripting
  • Networking: TCP/IP, Ethernet, IB, RDMA/RoCE
  • Hardware: SAS, SCSI, NVMe, HBAs
  • APIs: REST/HTTPS, gRPC, Redfish/Swordfish
  • Containerization/virtualization: Docker/Podman, KVM/VMware
