About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive deployment of Services-led Instant Quoting tools, including Services CPQ (SCPQ), Services Assisted Quoting (SAQ), and CS-CPQ, across Partner and Sales communities
  • Maintain capability scope documentation for Partner and Sales audiences as functionality and regions expand
  • Monitor deployment and adoption metrics to steer go-live readiness planning
  • Develop user guides and live demos for the Services ChatBot and Virtual Support Agent
  • Own rollout activities including communications, training reminders, session scheduling, registration tracking, and post-session reporting
  • Deliver regional and Partner demos and capture feedback
  • Design training presentations, user guides, capability snippets, and video content
  • Facilitate live training across EMEA, APJ, and AMS time zones, including Partner-specific pilots
  • Manage content publishing through MAP approvals, Adobe Asset ID reservation, video brand approval, and Seismic briefcase publishing
  • Maintain the internal training repository and Seismic briefcase as the single source of truth and coordinate language translations
  • Support Partner onboarding and pilot programs with tailored content
  • Present capability updates and training in Partner, PAOM, and Partner webinar forums
  • Serve as the day-to-day enablement contact for Partner queries and route issues to business or IT owners
  • Participate in release demos and UAT kick-offs, execute test scripts, raise defects, and retest fixes
  • Validate quoting scenarios ahead of releases
  • Represent the enablement workstream in project meetings across SCPQ, SAQ, SND, and CS-CPQ initiatives
  • Document change impact assessments and collaborate with business, IT, marketing, and regional leadership
  • Maintain process and training documentation, track deliverables and workload, and use dashboards, surveys, and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First level university degree with a focus in finance or accounting
  • Advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred
  • Big Four public accounting experience a plus
  • Typically 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst
  • Experience in supply chain accounting matters such as Contract Manufacturing, Standard Costing, Vendor Rebates, and Product Financing Arrangements
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and Partner and Sales operational processes
  • Training design and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with content publishing platforms such as Seismic
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across business, IT, and regional stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset
  • Project management skills and ability to run multiple parallel deployments to deadline
