Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives improving process efficiency, reporting and analytics, data governance, automation, forecasting, operational effectiveness, and technology-enabled business capabilities
Manage intake, evaluation, prioritization, and roadmaps for transformation opportunities
Develop and execute project plans covering scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and timelines
Lead discovery, requirements, process design, solution development, workshops, process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution reviews
Develop business cases and value assessments quantifying benefits, costs, resources, risks, ROI, performance measures, and success criteria
Drive initiatives through implementation while monitoring project health, scope, resources, dependencies, decisions, risks, and execution barriers
Partner with business and technology stakeholders on process, data, reporting, analytics, and systems improvements, including workflow automation, data governance, system integration, reporting standardization, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Copilot-enabled capabilities
Transform business planning and operational processes, including SIOP, short- and long-term forecasting, and strategic planning
Establish project governance and change-management disciplines, including charters, decision frameworks, status reporting, risk and action tracking, dashboards, documentation, communications, training, readiness assessments, and implementation support
Measure outcomes, validate benefits, conduct post-implementation reviews, document realized value and lessons learned, identify optimization opportunities, and transition solutions to ongoing ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or a combination of experience and training may substitute for a degree
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business transformation, business operations, project/program management, process improvement, or related functions
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition and planning through implementation, adoption, and closure
Strong project management skills, including project planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder reporting
Experience developing business cases, value assessments, process-improvement recommendations, success measures, and presentations for business leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder-management, and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence business and technology stakeholders without direct authority
Working knowledge of enterprise technology, data, reporting, planning, and digital-transformation environments
Experience with or understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot, or comparable enterprise business systems
Experience applying change-management principles and practices to support stakeholder readiness, adoption, and sustained implementation
Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable project/work-management platform preferred
Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Prosci, or related certification preferred
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
Eligible candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum
