About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate activities across departments, customers, and subcontractors; set priorities and drive project execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, priorities, resources, and deliverables
  • Analyze and manage project budgets, risks, procurement, resource allocation, and project data; take corrective action
  • Prepare project-specific reports and provide stakeholders with a consolidated project portfolio view
  • Define, evaluate, implement, and improve project management tools and software
  • Monitor and control projects for compliance with company standards, quality requirements, scope, budget, and schedule
  • Own project data management, including collection, documentation, lessons learned, templates, and supporting tools
  • Develop and improve project management policies, processes, and workflows
  • Serve as the primary customer focal point throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage projects from customer data collection, design, production, and Factory Acceptance Testing through on-site implementation and customer training
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects involving process, mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline, such as Industrial or Process Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in the processing industry, such as food, pharmaceutical, or defense industry
  • Strong engineering understanding and excellent technical capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with process-system projects
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects spanning process, mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and web-based project management platforms, such as Monday.com
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
  • Experience with PLM systems is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with international projects, customers, and companies
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for customer installations and work across different time zones; travel assignments may last 14 days or longer
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and ownership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve crisis situations
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, detail-oriented, service-minded, and results-driven abilities
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background investigation
  • Authorization for periodic background checks as required by CFATS or applicable regulations
