About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy implementation and execution for EMEA
- Oversee Customer Experience, Supply and Demand Planning, and Logistics Procurement and Execution functions
- Partner with Asia Pacific and North America regions on global business-unit strategies
- Champion digital transformation through AI tools
- Ensure customer fulfillment and minimize lead times, material allocation issues, and delivery deviations
- Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement to align production and material availability
- Own the regional SIOP process, linking demand, supply, and finance to optimize capacity, working capital, and service
- Drive measurable outcomes across customer OTIF, customer satisfaction, complaint management, safety, import/export compliance, freight costs, scheduling attainment, and digitization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15 years of progressive experience leading supply chain within manufacturing or chemical industry environments
- Experience navigating and succeeding in a matrix organization
- Experience partnering with Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Demonstrated ability to connect long-term strategic objectives to operational execution using data and analytics
- Experience with management of change, supply chain redesign, capability building, and digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success achieving KPIs including OTIF, logistics network design, and service level improvement across multi-country operations
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, demand and supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, and customer fulfillment
- Ability to use analytics, KPIs, and dashboards for decision-making
- Ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams
- Knowledge of EHS, product stewardship, and compliance in chemical operations
