About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data from all projects and create reports and dashboards
Set up and maintain databases
Consolidate data from telephony, ticketing, and CRM systems
Retrieve, clean, and structure data via interfaces and exports
Develop workflows and automated processes using n8n, Make, or custom scripts
Automate recurring analyses, data reconciliations, and notifications
Work closely with project managers and the IT team
Contribute ideas to simplify and accelerate processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to validate key metrics
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL
Proficient in working with CSV, JSON, XML, and Excel
Experience with REST APIs
Programming skills, ideally in Python or JavaScript
Experience with workflows or automation, ideally using n8n, Make, or Zapier
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Metabase is a plus
Degree in computer science, mathematics, business informatics, or statistics, or equivalent practical knowledge
Independent and structured approach to work
Thorough documentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Native-level German or at least C1/C2 proficiency
Good command of English
