Requirements

What you’ll need

Freelancer or self-employed status in the country of residence
Residence outside Germany but within the EU
Ability to issue compliant invoices to international clients in accordance with the laws of the country of residence
Fulfillment of tax obligations in the country of residence
German language skills at C1/C2 level
Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
Independent and well-organized approach to work
Long-term interest in participating in the project
Stable internet connection with a speed of at least 50 Mbit/s
Headset, two monitors, webcam, and high-performance PC
Quiet, undisturbed home office with no third-party visibility or access
Confident use of web-based tools
