About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide dedicated support and serve as a direct point of contact for customers on all data privacy matters
- Guide customers through regulatory requirements and operational processes
- Actively shape and continuously improve data privacy processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make internal processes more efficient, structured, and future-ready
- Further develop data privacy and compliance standards
- Challenge existing practices and drive initiatives to achieve higher quality standards
- Monitor legal developments and continuously deepen your data privacy expertise
- Support companies in financial services, healthcare, education, and other industries with complex data privacy matters
- Develop practical and innovative data privacy and compliance solutions together with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in data privacy, ideally in consulting
- Experience across different industries and/or in an in-house data privacy role
- Completed degree in law or business law
- Motivation to help build heyData into the leading compliance SaaS startup
- Enjoyment of communication and a strong customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Any additional language at native-speaker level is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and a passion for teamwork
