About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for review generation across product lines and customer segments
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for executing review campaigns, setting goals, and receiving performance feedback
  • Align review generation priorities with pipeline, content, and research initiatives
  • Build and nurture a community of engaged reviewers and buyers through recognition, incentive, and ambassador-style programs
  • Set team-wide KPIs for review volume, quality, and velocity, and report program performance to leadership
  • Ensure campaign content and messaging is consistent, compelling, and on-brand across review generation touchpoints
  • Prioritize campaigns based on renewal, expansion, and strategic account needs, including direct customer engagement when needed
  • Establish and maintain CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email regulatory compliance standards
  • Improve campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Monitor review platform trends, community management best practices, and email marketing innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, community management, or a related field
  • 1–2+ years in a people management or team lead role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a team, setting goals, coaching, and evaluating performance
  • Skilled in marketing automation platforms such as Ortto, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills
  • Experience designing and prioritizing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and customer segments
  • Data-driven ability to translate campaign performance into team strategy
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and/or Liquid
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working alongside directors or senior leadership
  • Proficient in using AI tools to optimize workflows
