About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate transportation, receiving, and fulfillment activities across suppliers, freight partners, and the 3PL.
  • Monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure products, packaging, and components arrive accurately and on schedule.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and the 3PL to support timely fulfillment across DTC and B2B channels.
  • Review receipts and inventory movements against purchase orders and invoices, resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor transportation and fulfillment costs, landed costs, and carrier performance.
  • Maintain service levels with 3PL and logistics partners and support performance reviews.
  • Own creation, maintenance, and accuracy of item, product, and vendor master data across ERP and warehouse systems.
  • Maintain SKUs, UPCs/GTINs, BOMs, kits, assemblies, dimensions, weights, costs, and packaging attributes.
  • Establish data standards, naming conventions, and reliable cross-system processes.
  • Manage new item setup, product changes, and deactivations through validation and implementation.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, incorrect mappings, and related issues.
  • Support the ERP transition through data cleanup, mapping, validation, and migration of item and BOM data.
  • Develop audits, reports, and processes to identify and prevent data quality issues.
  • Support inventory reconciliation and investigate warehouse and system discrepancies.
  • Monitor 3PL inventory and support replenishment of packaging and operational materials.
  • Review 3PL invoices and operational charges for accuracy.
  • Investigate issues such as Amazon FBA chargebacks and resolve them cross-functionally.
  • Improve logistics and data processes, SOPs, workflows, and controls.
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations & Supply Chain.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing master data within an ERP, WMS, or similar system.
  • Experience managing SKUs, product/item data, and inventory-related information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of how accurate data impacts inventory, fulfillment, costing, and reporting.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and working with large datasets.
  • Experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, or freight partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products environment.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience managing UPCs/GTINs, bills of materials (BOMs), kits, and assembly structures.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with data governance, including naming conventions, required fields, change management, and data cleanup.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with ERP and WMS platforms; familiarity with NetSuite, Fulfil.io, or CIN7 is a plus.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience supporting an ERP implementation, evaluation, or data migration.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with international shipping, freight forwarding, or intermodal transportation.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Amazon FBA and chargebacks.
  • Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel domestically to 3PL locations as needed.
