Full-stack Engineer

• Own parts of the core backend infrastructure, a complex real-time distributed system written in Python and Rust
• Own large, complex initiatives end-to-end, including projects with incomplete or evolving requirements, with minimal guidance
• Reduce the incident rate
• Solve stability issues and highly complex production issues
• Own technical responsibilities related to the SOC 2 process, including managing the person responsible for day-to-day execution
• Continuously improve development velocity while maintaining a very high reliability standard
