About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist employees with pre-licensing setup, including scheduling exams and fingerprints
  • Assist employees with continuing education vendors
  • Assist employees with notifying the DOI of a change of address or name
  • Maintain the licensing and compliance database
  • Communicate licensing and compliance issues and educational opportunities to staff
  • Perform clerical tasks for the Licensing inbox, database, compliance filings, and educational activities
  • Process correspondence generating administrative notices and requests related to licensing, compliance, educational changes, renewals, and requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Insurance Licensing and/or regulation preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
  • Must have problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
  • Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
  • Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, and 10-key
  • Walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions
