About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate existing HR operations and identify efficiency, consistency, and scalability improvements
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and standardized employee-lifecycle workflows
  • Establish onboarding, development, performance review, promotion, compensation review, and offboarding processes
  • Implement HR systems and automation tools
  • Ensure HR compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Design company-wide performance management frameworks, KPIs, accountability systems, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans
  • Establish recognition, development, career progression, and professional development programs
  • Develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans
  • Oversee the recruitment team, candidate pipelines, hiring processes, and candidate experience
  • Establish recruiting KPIs and strengthen employer branding
  • Improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention through feedback systems, surveys, and engagement assessments
  • Analyze turnover trends and develop retention strategies
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational structure and change initiatives
  • Coach managers on leadership, performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
  • Implement leadership development and succession planning programs
  • Develop HR dashboards and reporting systems
  • Track turnover, retention, recruitment efficiency, absenteeism, and engagement metrics
  • Analyze workforce data and translate HR insights into actionable organizational strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 3 years in an HR leadership or management position
  • Experience leading HR operations, developing people strategies, and implementing systems supporting organizational growth
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, professional services, or high-growth organizations highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing KPI frameworks, employee performance management systems, and HR operational processes
  • Experience using workforce analytics and business metrics for decision-making
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, and workflow automation tools highly valued
  • Knowledge of organizational development, continuous improvement, and change management methodologies is a strong advantage
  • Ability to communicate confidently with executives, department heads, managers, and employees
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations, resolve conflicts, build trust, and maintain accountability
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong business acumen connecting people decisions with productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth
