About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain email marketing calendars across multiple brands
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, creative assets, product information, and dependencies
  • Support planning, QA, scheduling, deployment, A/B testing, and optimization of email campaigns
  • Monitor email performance and report on campaign KPIs
  • Coordinate multiple omnichannel marketing campaigns and maintain timelines, task lists, deliverables, and project documentation
  • Coordinate creative briefs, campaign requirements, approvals, and asset delivery across teams
  • Track campaign progress and flag risks, delays, and missing dependencies
  • Support planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue
  • Coordinate paid campaign requirements, audiences, promotional information, and creative assets
  • Conduct outreach to affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and prospective partners
  • Support affiliate onboarding, communications, promotional coordination, reporting, and administration
  • Support website marketing campaigns, promotional activations, landing pages, and digital initiatives
  • Prepare campaign performance summaries and identify trends and opportunities
  • Utilize AI tools for campaign analysis, competitive research, reporting, and marketing workflows
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to launch campaigns accurately and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within eCommerce, retail, agency, or another fast-paced multi-campaign environment
  • Strong experience managing email marketing calendars and campaign workflows across multiple campaigns, brands, or clients
  • Experience building, scheduling, QAing, or deploying email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Experience supporting or executing paid media campaigns, with an understanding of common paid media performance metrics and optimization principles
  • Experience developing campaign briefs and coordinating requirements with designers, copywriters, agencies, or other marketing partners
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, projects, or client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, publisher outreach, influencer partnerships, or affiliate platforms is considered an asset but is not required
  • Experience with platforms such as Impact, Awin, Minty, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing information, risks, and dependencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with eCommerce and social media marketing is considered an asset
  • English fluency is required
