About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for store operations during the shift.
Coordinate the team and ensure smooth store operations, including in the absence of the Store Manager.
Lead sales processes during the shift.
Ensure that employees provide professional customer advice and respond to customers’ needs.
Advise customers in a friendly and professional manner and process sales.
Monitor sales figures and contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Manage sales strategies to increase productivity and customer loyalty.
Monitor inventory, support ordering processes, and ensure proper product presentation.
Support compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
Implement company policies, including securing daily takings and opening and closing the store.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
You already have solid practical experience in retail.
You have experience in staff leadership and development.
You have strong organizational skills as well as excellent, friendly, and professional communication skills.
You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
You have good analytical skills.
You speak fluent German and are able to conduct customer conversations in English.
