About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for store operations during the shift
- Coordinate the team and ensure smooth store operations, including in the absence of the Store Manager
- Oversee sales processes and provide professional customer consultation
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Implement sales strategies to increase productivity and customer retention
- Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering
- Ensure proper product presentation
- Support compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
- Implement company policies and procedures, including securing daily takings and opening and closing the store
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial training or a completed degree in business administration
- Extensive practical experience in retail
- Experience leading and developing employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent German
- Ability to conduct customer conversations in English
