About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the team during the shift
Ensure smooth store operations, including in the absence of the Store Manager
Oversee sales processes during the shift
Ensure professional customer service and advice
Advise customers and process sales
Monitor sales performance and take responsibility for achieving sales targets
Implement sales strategies to increase productivity and customer loyalty
Support inventory monitoring and ordering
Ensure proper product presentation
Support compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
Implement company policies and procedures, including securing daily takings and opening and closing the store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial or business administration training, or a completed degree in business administration
Substantial hands-on experience in retail
Experience managing and developing employees
Ability to motivate a team
Strong organizational skills
Strong, friendly, and professional communication skills
Sense of responsibility
Good analytical skills
Fluency in German
Ability to conduct customer conversations in English
