About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented advice to customers
- Actively promote sales and support customers in their purchasing decisions
- Process cash register transactions and ensure accurate payments
- Maintain merchandise, restock products, and present them attractively
- Support warehouse organization and inventory counts
- Assist with sales promotions and product range presentations
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Comply with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with the team and store management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, initial experience in retail or customer service
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with customers
- Reliable, organized, and meticulous approach to work
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic numeracy skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent German language skills
