About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented advice to customers
- Actively drive sales and support customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process cash register transactions and ensure accurate payments
- Maintain merchandise, restock products, and present them attractively
- Support inventory organization and stocktaking
- Assist with sales promotions and product range presentations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Work closely with the team and Store Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of working with customers
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Team-oriented and responsible
- Basic numeracy skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
- Very good German language skills
- English language skills are an advantage
