About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to members of the recruitment and onboarding team
  • Partner with Recruiters to sort resumes of candidates for active mandates
  • Provide administrative support for creating job postings and job specifications
  • Sort candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
  • Follow up with candidates to advise them on interview schedules
  • Assist the Recruitment team with research, analysis and implementation of programs, reports and projects
  • Work with the HR team to facilitate orientation and onboarding of new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant discipline, required
  • CPHR designation preferred or CPHR candidate
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator role preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Recruitment procedures, ATS and practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Resourceful and flexible
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
