About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth across Dry Force’s Texas locations within the HighGround portfolio
  • Lead business development strategy, sales enablement, and performance coaching for Business Development Representatives
  • Oversee lead generation, sales, onboarding, and relationship management of referral sources such as plumbers, HVAC providers, and property managers
  • Standardize channel messaging, pitch materials, and partner-facing collateral
  • Manage incentive programs, referral fees, and partner engagement events across Texas locations
  • Directly manage and mentor Dry Force BDRs and local business development teams
  • Deliver sales enablement training, objection-handling strategies, and value proposition coaching
  • Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one coaching
  • Track and manage sales KPIs including lead generation, conversion rate, average job revenue, and CAC
  • Use CRM systems to enforce consistency in reporting, tracking, and daily sales activities
  • Identify performance variances and lead root-cause corrective actions
  • Partner with centralized marketing on campaigns, promotional materials, digital marketing strategy, and local brand activations
  • Share best practices across Dry Force Texas locations and the broader HighGround network
  • Support new location onboarding and Texas market expansion
  • Facilitate cross-location communication and alignment with shared services and corporate goals
  • Develop and implement Texas-wide growth strategies aligned with HighGround’s organizational goals
  • Establish and monitor OKRs for Dry Force BDR teams across locations and referral channels
  • Drive expansion into new Texas territories, market segments, and Dry Force locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 8–12 years in sales, channel development, or business development
  • 3+ years in multi-location leadership roles
  • Proven track record in high-growth, field-driven sales environments, preferably in residential services, restoration, or franchising sectors
  • Experience working with referral-based sales channels highly preferred
  • Team leadership and mentorship across multiple entities
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with hands-on problem solving
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfort with ambiguity, change management, and growth-stage operations
  • Must be comfortable with remote work and managing distributed teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Texas offices and field locations statewide
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours
