About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end planning, relationship management, and execution of the Global University Recruiting program
  • Manage career fairs, campus partnerships, internship pipelines, and virtual or in-person recruiting events
  • Own scheduling and coordination for open roles and recruiting projects across the business
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview logistics with a high bar for accuracy and candidate experience
  • Serve as the go-to Ashby expert, managing workflows, templates, data integrity, and reporting
  • Partner with Recruiting Ops to improve system support and evaluate and implement AI-powered tools
  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and consistent candidate experience from initial contact to final offer
  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and department heads on process, timelines, and logistics
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and AI-assisted analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
  • Lead and contribute to recruiting-related special projects, employer branding initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc operational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or talent program management
  • Track record of owning processes independently
  • Hands-on Ashby expertise, including building and scaling ATS workflows, templates, and configurations
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones and calendars
  • Experience planning and executing university or campus recruiting programs and events
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support on-campus programs
  • Comfort using recruiting data and analytics to identify trends and drive process improvements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency using AI tools for recruiting workflows, process design, and data analysis
  • Experience supporting technical or high-volume hiring at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company is advantageous
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior coordinators or operations team members is advantageous
  • Exposure to employer branding or candidate marketing initiatives is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, scheduling tools, and HRIS platforms is advantageous
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • Must be located in the Greater Seattle area or willing to relocate
