About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Combine and analyze accounting, financial, budgetary, and analytical information from the various entities within the HI network
- Ensure data consistency, reconciliation, and traceability
- Prepare combined financial statements (CROD, CER) for governance bodies, auditors, and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, analyze variances and risks for a portfolio of departments and National Associations
- Advise managers in their decision-making
- Lead financial data quality initiatives
- Optimize the use of the department’s Business Intelligence tools and Data Warehouse
- Collaborate with teams in the United States and Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (equivalent to a French Master 2) in finance, management control, or auditing
- Strong expertise in finance, accounting, management control, and consolidation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced proficiency in a data visualization tool, ideally Power BI
- Ability to structure data
- Ability to formalize business rules
- Ability to automate reporting
- Understanding of ERP, Data Warehouse, and data governance environments
- Strong focus on quality and organization
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to synthesize information, explain complex topics clearly, and propose solution-oriented continuous improvements
- Strong teaching and communication skills, active listening to business needs, and enthusiasm for collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Fluent French
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
