About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to drafting project proposals, supporting the programme team with field opportunities and coordinating opportunities led by the Atlas Directorate
  • Coordinate contributions from the Atlas headquarters team, particularly the Deployment Unit and Technical Unit
  • Participate in or facilitate kick-off meetings for project-writing processes
  • Ensure compliance with the project timeline
  • Maintain digital archives of working and final versions
  • Archive funding agreements for approved project proposals
  • Complete and update the CRM information system
  • Prepare reports as workload requires
  • Contribute to communication and promotion of Atlas Logistique activities
  • Create logistics project posts and fact sheets
  • Participate in meetings and appointments with donors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven experience writing humanitarian project proposals and submitting them to donors
  • Experience developing concept notes
  • Experience with cross-cutting approaches (climate, gender, etc.)
