About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer Hilton's Supplier Management processes on the Smart Spend (Coupa) platform, including supplier enablement, catalogs, and risk
Promote process compliance with internal team members and suppliers to complete supplier tasks
Provide system support and training to system users
Work with Hilton's internal and external partners to review process improvements and ensure department goals are met
Partner with category managers, spenders, accounting, suppliers, and hotel team members
Review and approve supplier forms, supplier catalogs, and supplier risk
Respond to user questions related to supplier management, catalog management, and supplier risk
Report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two (2) years of professional working experience
One (1) year working in Procurement or Accounting
Experience using Coupa or similar procurement software
Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA or Memphis, TN
BA/BS Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Accounting, Procurement or related field (useful, not required)
Five (5) years of professional working experience (useful, not required)
Three (3) years of working in Procurement or Accounting (useful, not required)
Certifications in Procurement or Accounting (useful, not required)
