Key responsibilities & impact

What you’ll need
  • Senior commercial leader with hotel sales and contracting experience
  • Significant experience negotiating complex hotel group contracts
  • Analytical ability to understand the business implications of contractual terms
  • Skilled negotiator comfortable leading conversations with sophisticated customers and senior internal stakeholders
  • Influential communication skills and ability to navigate Hilton's matrix
  • Strategic problem-solving ability
  • Ability to coach sales teams and elevate contracting and negotiation capabilities
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure around a brand-new function
  • Ability to balance customer advocacy with Hilton's commercial interests
