About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide interior design expertise for Hilton's Focused-Service and All-Suites brands, franchisees, and consultants
Manage digital reviews of interior design submittals, including plans, specifications, finishes, and shop drawings, to align with brand standards and strategy
Apply technical and project management skills to drive hotel projects to completion
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues
Assist with revising brand standards and design tools
Maintain strong knowledge of Brand Standards and Hilton prototype packages
Collaborate with AD&C Project, Brand Management, Quality Assurance, PEP, and PIP teams
Guide franchisees and interior designers on project-specific situations
Serve as a key contact for design guidance, brand standards, and recommendations
Build vendor relationships supporting brand innovation and opportunities
Review and provide timely digital comments on interior design submittals
Manage submittal progress through approval
Lead pre-design and interior design kick-off meetings and webinars with franchisee teams
Report to the Manager Design Renovations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three (3) years of experience as a Designer
Proficient in Bluebeam and AutoCAD/Revit
Willing to travel domestically as needed (10%)
Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Interior Design (useful, not required)
Experience working with a hotel brand (useful, not required)
NCIDQ Certified (useful, not required)
In-depth knowledge of procurement, project management, and design products and finishes (useful, not required)
