About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead hotel-facing revenue management strategy for a portfolio of Managed hotels in the Americas
  • Lead and develop team members deployed to support the portfolio
  • Drive market share through strategy collaboration
  • Collaborate with RMCC Leadership and direct reports
  • Partner with property-level commercial teams to drive performance
  • Manage regional leadership on key owner deliverables and meetings
  • Own property and portfolio market share and budget achievement
  • Own team member engagement and development
  • Work on hotel performance deep dives, Managed budget achievement, and rollout of new initiatives
  • Report to the Senior Director, RMCC Americas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Five (5) years of work experience in revenue management representing a portfolio of hotels, including high-profile assets over 1,000 keys
  • Four (4) years of collaborating with partners through data representation, interpretation and storytelling
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree (useful/preferred, not a minimum qualification)
  • Three (3) years of Director-level experience (useful/preferred)
  • Exposure to multiple commercial functions and/or a deep understanding of the commercial operating model
  • Experience in a leadership role within Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management within a global organization
