About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support regional planning and execution of priorities for luxury brands across EMEA
- Translate global strategies into EMEA plans driving brand growth, guest experience, and owner value
- Monitor brand health and portfolio performance across development, operations, commercial performance, guest experience, and product delivery
- Translate research, benchmarking, market intelligence, and performance insights into recommendations and action plans
- Localize global brand initiatives while protecting each brand’s integrity and distinct positioning
- Support hotel openings, conversions, renovations, and portfolio optimization
- Advance brand positioning, product evolution, F&B concepts, and regional brand personality workstreams
- Develop presentations, business cases, and brand storytelling materials for stakeholders
- Build partnerships across global brand, operations, development, design, commercial, marketing, communications, openings, HR, talent, and franchise teams
- Partner with Architecture, Design & Construction on brand requirements and design decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects and pilot programs with plans, timelines, governance, dependencies, and success measures
- Develop guidance and tools for consistent hotel implementation of brand programs
- Evaluate brand standards and programs for guest and owner impact, investment, operational implications, and return
- Lead brand sessions, calls, and forums to build alignment
- Manage concurrent initiatives and track regional brand budgets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ten years of experience in luxury brand strategy, brand management, hospitality operations, travel, or a related consumer sector
- At least eight years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Proven ability to translate broad strategic questions and multiple sources of input into clear recommendations and executable plans
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including experience interpreting performance data, conducting benchmarking and market assessments, and evaluating strategic trade-offs
- Understanding of hotel operations and delivering brand experiences across diverse markets
- Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed, and multicultural organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior leaders, owners, General Managers, and hotel teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under time constraints
- Experience managing external agencies, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Preferred: regional or multi-market EMEA experience, particularly involving the Middle East
- Preferred: luxury hospitality or premium consumer brand experience
- Preferred: experience supporting hotel openings, conversions, renovations, or portfolio growth initiatives
