About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, and cycle administration
- Support Oracle HCM Performance Management and Objective Management, including performance templates, eligibility, objective plans, review periods, participant roles, and process configuration
- Manage compensation, performance management, and objective management change requests through governance, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Review Oracle HCM quarterly release notes and perform impact assessments and testing
- Serve as a primary escalation point for Oracle HCM configuration questions, process defects, and data discrepancies
- Manage service requests with Oracle Support to ensure resolution
- Customize and deploy Oracle HCM compensation statements using Oracle HCM data and Hilton-specific imagery and formatting
- Develop reports and dashboards through Oracle OTBI
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and operational procedures to support knowledge continuity and audit readiness
- Partner with Total Rewards and Talent teams to maintain compensation, performance, and objective management capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two (2) years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation
- Two (2) years of experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher
- Experience with Oracle HCM plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, budget configuration, and cycle administration
- Experience with Oracle Fast Formula for eligibility profiles, compensation plan configuration, validation logic, or compensation calculations
- Experience with Oracle HCM data model and cross-module dependencies between Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management
- Bachelor's Degree (useful/preferred)
- Five (5) or more years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Workforce Compensation, Performance Management, and Objective Management (useful/preferred)
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for mass data uploads and corrections, including building and troubleshooting data loads
- Understanding of global compensation considerations, including multi-currency pay structures, country-specific salary ranges, regional allowances, and local regulatory requirements
