About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage targeted global equity projects through benchmarking, market research, and strategic analysis
- Partner with regional Human Resources leaders to evaluate and improve Team Member experiences
- Streamline equity-related processes and strengthen communication strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership with actionable insights into equity program performance and ongoing initiatives
- Participate in recurring meetings with external equity service providers
- Communicate proactively with regional Human Resources leaders to disseminate equity-related information across geographies
- Collaborate with the Executive Compensation team on ongoing initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Drive strategic enhancement and operational consistency of long-term incentive offerings across international markets
- Develop and coordinate educational materials for hotel owners, Team Members, and other stakeholders about long-term incentive programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five (5) years of work experience in Human Resources or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets
