About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform daily revenue-related accounting activities following established procedures and controls
  • Prepare reconciliations for hotel revenue streams and point-of-sale interfaces
  • Investigate variances and analyze high-volume revenue data
  • Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex or high-risk items
  • Respond to revenue-related accounting inquiries from hotels and internal partners
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve data, process, and system issues
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements and process changes
  • Crosstrain on team activities to strengthen coverage and business continuity
  • Report to the Team Lead
  • Support a customer-focused shared services experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One (1) year of accounting, finance, audit, or related analytical experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysis skills
  • Available to work on weekends based on close schedule
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is useful
  • Experience in hospitality, revenue accounting, or a shared services environment is useful
  • Experience supporting process improvement, system testing, or hotel transition activities is useful
