About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maximise revenue, market share, and profits for multiple hotels
- Strategically coordinate revenue management processes and procedures
- Ensure delivery of a reliable and versatile reporting package to RMCC stakeholders
- Drive innovation within the Analyst department
- Engage in project work and responsibilities that enhance the performance and scope of the Analyst Team’s capabilities
- Support hotel revenue management for 340+ hotels across the UK & Ireland and Europe regions
- Work as part of Hilton’s Europe Revenue Management team based at the Regional headquarters in Watford
- Collaborate within a diverse RMCC team of over 100 Team Members representing 30 nationalities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical working experience within Data and Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Experience gathering and manipulating data using VBA and/or Python and/or SQL
- Ability to create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
- Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively to drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures
- Active listening skills to build trust, instil confidence, and empower others
- Resilient and motivated
- Self-organised and able to work under time constraints while balancing concurrent tasks and priorities
