About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Brand Leaders for Undergraduate and Graduate to project manage defined brand priorities and initiatives
  • Support quarterly, monthly, and weekly brand reporting on commercial, development, and guest experience
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations presenting strategy and analysis for the Graduate and Undergraduate brands
  • Participate in special projects and adapt to changing needs
  • Support planning and management of hotel-facing and external meetings and events
  • Report to the Brand Leader, Undergraduate and support key strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Lifestyle Category and Brand Operations, Communications, Learning & Development, Brand Performance Support, Owner Relations, Brand Marketing, Food & Beverage, Design, Development, Hilton Supply Management, Commercial, and Strategy Insights & Analytics teams
  • Provide recurring, insights-driven reporting
  • Analyze data and create presentations with strategic insights, data-based narratives, and recommendations for different audiences
  • Support Graduate and Undergraduate Brand Positioning deployment, including brand programs, pillars, and service behaviors
  • Support performance against commercial, guest experience, and development goals
  • Support Brand Leaders in preparing for meetings with Hilton leaders, owners, and operators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in project management, developing new strategies, or building business cases
  • High level of comfort with research, data and analysis
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data, drawing conclusions and insights, and formulating recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex functions
  • Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrated capability to master applications powered by Salesforce, Qualtrics and MicroStrategy
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Work based in the McLean, VA office
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Professional work experience in consulting or corporate strategy, the hospitality industry, or on-property at a Lifestyle hotel preferred
  • Experience collaborating with business partners across multiple groups preferred
  • Experience communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences preferred
