About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the annual enterprise risk assessment and quarterly ERM reporting
- Complete assurance and advisory projects
- Use analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance audit quality and team efficiency
- Support other Internal Audit activities, including property audits and other projects
- Partner with business leaders across the enterprise to understand organizational risks and mitigation activities
- Collaborate with Internal Audit team members to complete assigned projects and ERM activities
- Own Strategic Assurance & Advisory project documentation
- Own Enterprise Risk Management program reporting and communications
- Report to the Manager, Internal Audit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three (3) years of experience in internal audit, ERM, finance, consulting, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Travel up to 10%
- Experience with internal controls, ERM, audit activities, or advisory engagements
- Familiarity with Optro, Workiva, Alteryx, generative AI tools, or other audit and analytics tools
- Progress toward or interest in pursuing a professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
