About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Hilton's Sustainability & Responsible Business team and regional HSM partners to engage purchasing colleagues and advance country, regional, and global Travel with Purpose 2030 goals
- Engage with potential responsible and inclusive suppliers for onboarding with Hilton Supply Management
- Manage multiple partner organizations
- Build relationships with internal partners across HSM, Brands, Operations, and the Sustainability & Responsible Business Team
- Collaborate with Category Managers to assess potential responsible and inclusive suppliers
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand HSM's supplier network and strengthen relationships
- Provide Tier 2 Spend reports to travel and meeting service clients
- Review potential responsible and inclusive suppliers for inclusion in RFP lists
- Support additional projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three (3) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of experience with project management or process management
- 25% domestic travel
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (useful)
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, supplier diversity, vendor management, or similar role (useful)
- Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools (useful)
- Experience working for a global, matrixed organization (useful)
