About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex initiatives spanning technology, process, and people through structured plans and collaboration
- Work with business and technology team members to agree on requirements and review solution designs
- Ensure proposed approaches are practical and scalable
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, build consensus, and unblock progress
- Lead delivery and quality through project management and hands-on technical contribution
- Collaborate with business technology and process teams, core technology teams, enterprise application and platform owners, external partners, and SaaS vendors
- Directly manage a small team of contractors while primarily serving as an individual contributor
- Own project plans, budgets, timelines, steering committee materials, and discussion decks
- Produce solution and architecture documentation, including architecture and data-flow diagrams, process flows, integration designs, and technical options assessments
- Ensure operational readiness through testing and validation of documentation, support models, and transition materials
- Support projects deploying financial and procurement systems across the globe
Requirements
What you’ll need- Seven (7) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment
- Six (6) years of work experience in management consulting or an internal consulting-style role
- Experience supporting Coupa–ERP integrations and related business processes
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology and SaaS-enabled solutions
- Experience with system integrations, including APIs and SFTP/file-based exchanges
- Experience with solution and architecture design
- Experience translating business process requirements into technical deliverables and operational models
- Must be near one of Hilton's three US office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 7+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience
- Ten (10)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field preferred as a useful qualification
- Six (6) years of experience working with enterprise ERP technologies, such as PeopleSoft or equivalent ERP platforms, or Coupa preferred as a useful qualification
- Project Management Professional Certification preferred as a useful qualification
