About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Align HR plans and initiatives with the business' strategic and operating goals
  • Develop organizational development plans covering workforce planning, leadership capability building, talent management, performance management, and organizational planning
  • Implement special projects and Human Resources procedures, including managing HR cyclical processes for clients
  • Identify, manage, and execute HR solutions supporting global, high-volume, operationally complex, customer-facing strategies
  • Manage status updates and build strategic creative presentations for key partners
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Center of Excellence groups, including Benefits, Compensation, Team Member Relations, Learning and Development, Recruiting, and HR Analytics
  • Partner with Legal and Finance departments
  • Support organizational structure and job changes through analytical recommendations on talent management, succession, attrition reporting, position descriptions, salaries, and job changes
  • Build stakeholder relationships and gain insights into organizational performance
  • Identify patterns across people data, leader feedback, and organizational needs to recommend actions
  • Create leader-ready materials for talent reviews, succession planning, organizational planning, workforce planning, performance management, and other people priorities
  • Report to the Director, HR Consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Six (6) years of professional work experience in a large, corporate, global organization
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or related people advisory function
  • Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, talent strategy, organizational design, and change management
  • Experience dealing with complex data and storytelling/communication to business partners
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MS/MA Master's Degree would be useful
  • SPHR Certification would be useful
  • Experience working with high volume operations employee groups would be useful
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed client group would be useful
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools, e.g. Oracle, would be useful
  • Exposure to the Hospitality industry would be useful
