About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Disbursements, Supplier Management, and related compliance and control activities
Lead teams and monitor operational performance, service levels, and metrics
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical operational issues and resolution
Oversee quarterly and annual SOX compliance activities
Review operational risks and strengthen controls to maintain compliance
Lead automation and continuous improvement programs
Work with HAFS-managed properties and other teams to support payment operations and resolve escalations
Collaborate with Internal and External Audit teams on SOX and compliance requirements
Improve compliance, supplier governance, and control enhancement programs to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen partner satisfaction
Report to the Director, PTP

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three plus (3+) years of Accounts Payable or Finance Operations experience at manager level or above
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries with internal and external partners
Experience with major ERP and procurement systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (useful/preferred)
Three plus (3+) years of people leadership experience (useful/preferred)
Experience supporting SOX compliance (useful/preferred)
