About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability
  • Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
  • Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
  • Coordinate customer requirements including rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space
  • Enter account and reservation information accurately and timely in the hotel’s sales management system
  • Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
