About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design learning experiences across eLearning, clinical guidelines, documentation, job aids, assessments, knowledge checks, and other modalities
- Partner with Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, Category, Clinical Quality, and other teams on launches, guideline updates, and provider-facing communications
- Measure and report on the impact of instructional design work
- Support the Senior Instructional Designer on lifecycle mapping, in-product enablement, documentation content strategy, and proofs of concept for new learning experiences
- Provide support to the customer service training team as needed
- Support providers through onboarding and ongoing enablement to improve provider and patient experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field required (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
- Proven track record of creating effective learning solutions
- 2–3 years of instructional design experience in a scaling SaaS or B2C environment
- Ability to distill large quantities of unstructured information into clear, intuitive, and impactful learning experiences
- Strong working knowledge of adult learning best practices and a track record of applying them
- Facility with standard instructional design tools, authoring tools, and LMS
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools
- Growth mindset and commitment to learning and growth
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently to define requirements, create stakeholder clarity, and advance projects
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
