About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish global design operating frameworks, decision-making models, and principles
- Serve as internal subject matter authority on global packaging program management
- Contribute to process development, onboarding standards, and DPM craft development
- Design global prioritization frameworks covering urgency, regulatory deadlines, creative capacity, and business impact
- Build dashboards, briefing formats, and escalation paths for leadership tradeoff decisions
- Influence roadmap and planning decisions across design, supply chain, and marketing
- Architect and steer end-to-end packaging and print graphics programs across Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom
- Maintain regional relationships with design, marketing, supply chain, and legal teams
- Develop working knowledge of healthcare packaging compliance requirements and embed compliance checkpoints
- Translate regulatory requirements into creative briefs and review criteria
- Partner with designers from briefing through final production file
- Apply knowledge of print graphics, structural packaging, industrial design/CMF, color management, dielines, press-ready specifications, and vendor pre-press workflows
- Build capacity dashboards and resourcing reviews to proactively manage creative bandwidth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-10+ years in design program management or creative operations
- Meaningful experience in healthcare, consumer goods, or a regulated packaging environment
- Proven track record building processes from scratch
- Broad packaging program expertise, from kickoff to press check
- Demonstrated organizational influence beyond individual programs
- Experience designing prioritization frameworks adopted by stakeholders
- Cross-disciplinary fluency in industrial design, structural packaging, and CMF
- Proficiency with Asana, Airtable, Google Suite, and Dropbox
- Comfort reviewing work in Figma
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
- No current or future need for immigration sponsorship by Hims & Hers to work in the U.S.
