About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure new firms signing up for services are ready to transfer assets promptly
  • Lead implementation calls and training demos
  • Engage regularly with existing firms to ensure they get the best from services
  • Monitor KPIs for assigned firms and agree and implement required actions with BDMs
  • Liaise with Adviser Success/Technical Associates to meet adviser requirements in a timely manner
  • Support the regional BDM with regional events and latter-stage discussions with prospective clients
  • Draft and issue contracts and set up client files
  • Answer queries from long-term users and liaise with colleagues to deliver timely responses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of what financial advisers do and the financial planning process
  • Familiarity with cashflow tools, platforms and MPS
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt existing skills to an evolving business and a willingness to learn
  • Self-confidence to take the initiative, come to the table with suggestions, ask questions and reach out for support when needed
  • Personable with the ability to distil complex financial concepts into simple, accessible language
  • Willing and able to travel to our London office as and when needed, typically once a quarter, more often if required
  • Ability to attend occasional business development events in your region
  • Experience working in a DFM or MPS business (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working in a high-growth start-up/scale-up business (nice-to-have)
