About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive critical cross-functional strategic initiatives for Hinge Health
  • Develop new revenue and product strategies, including business case modeling and market/competitor landscaping
  • Pilot and launch new products from 0-to-1 through full rollout
  • Manage business outcomes
  • Scale and transform operations
  • Analyze business performance metrics and current strategic initiatives
  • Own workstreams within strategic projects such as market pilots and operational audits
  • Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives
  • Establish dashboards to manage business performance KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Own the strategy and operational roadmap for a significant business area
  • Advise leadership with data-driven insights for annual planning and long-term strategy
  • Collaborate across Product, Commercial, and Clinical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in business strategy and modeling
  • 4+ years of experience managing time-sensitive projects
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel and SQL
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferred)
  • 5+ years of Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or prior BizOps experience (preferred)
  • Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week for 8 hours per day
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
